All costs include VAT, and Anti-Fraudulent Activity checks. The cost of the Car History Check and any other service is paid by you separately.
Note that the inclusive costs include the cost of one search against the Buyer and Seller. If further searches are required this will be undertaken at additional cost. You will need to call us for details.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES |
Identity Document Validation - £95
In addition to the online identity checks, we would highly recommend that by secure registered post, Buyer and Seller send to us the original Passport and Driving License for verification and corroboration. This is a further layer of security. For more information see our Faq page on our web site.
Finance Settlement Service - £150
If there is any outstanding finance on the vehicle it would mean that as a Buyer, you would not be the legal owner. Often the Seller cannot afford to pay off the outstanding finance until the vehicle has been sold. To ensure legal ownership we can arrange (if the Seller agrees) to use some of the purchase cost of the vehicle in our protected Escrow account to pay off the settlement figure upon which the Buyer and Seller will receive confirmation from us. Witness, Chauffer and Verification Service - £175
We provide the Buyer with an Agent from Car Conveyancer to pick up the Buyer at his/her home address and to take him/her to the Seller’s home address. Our agent will then over see the handover of the vehicle to ensure everything goes as planned. For additional security, the Agent will also obtain copies of the Buyer’s and Seller’s original identification papers.
Witness and Verification Service - £125
We provide the Buyer and Seller with an Agent from Car Conveyancer to attend the Seller’s home address and over see the handover of the vehicle to ensure everything goes as planned. This will provide both parties with an independent witness which may be crucial if a dispute arises later.

Vehicle History Checks
One in three vehicles have a hidden history. Check the history of the vehicle before you buy. Obtain the the latest car check available that includes information from the PNC (Police National Computer for recorded stolen vehicles), the DVLA and the Association of British Insurers (recorded accident damage).
