BUYER AND SELLER AGREE |
1. Seller advertises his vehicle for sale, preferably adding the words:-
“this vehicle is being sold through www.carconveyancer.co.uk”
in the advertisement in which the Seller will receive a £30 Cash Back Discount off the overall costs. It is not a requirement to put in our details in the advertisement to use us. Indeed, the Buyer may instigate to the Seller the use of our services.
2. Initially the Buyer will view the vehicle at the Seller’s home address and if happy, agree in principle to purchase the vehicle.
3. Seller and Buyer exchange their telephone numbers, home address, vehicle details (including Vin number), email address and agree the purchase price.
4. Buyer should ask the Seller if there is any outstanding finance on the vehicle and if so, ask to see the agreement and for the Buyer to request a current settlement figure as this will be required later.
5. Buyer to check the vehicle documentation including the log book, service history, mot etc to satisfy himself that the paper-work is in order.
6. Once the information has been obtained, the Buyer and Seller to agree who will be paying Car Conveyancer’s fees. At this time you should try and agree the other optional recommended security and validation services and agree who is to pay for them if required. 7. After viewing the Vehicle, Buyer and Seller then completes the online forms on Car Conveyancer’s web site. We always suggest that the person who is to pay Car Conveyancer’s fees, is the person to complete the online forms first. Once done, Car Conveyancer will then engaged the other party so that the buying and selling process can begin. |

If you use the words in your advert to sell your vehicle “this car is being sold via www.carconveyancer.co.uk” you will receive a £30 “cash back” off our final costs. All you have to do is to inform us where the advert is online so that it can be verified. The discount will be refunded to you at the end of the transaction.
Recommend us to a Friend
If the Buyer or Seller recommends us to a family member or friend who ultimately pays the full price for our services, we send a cheque to you in the sum of £30 as a thank you. |
